To make this quick, easy recipe youâll need:
- Greek yoghurt (or non dairy yoghurt of your choice)
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Dark chocolate (non dairy if you desire)
Method:
1. In a small saucepan add your raspberries and 1tbsp of water. Cook on a medium heat until the raspberries start to break down, then set aside.
2. And your yoghurt to a bowl and whip till light and fluffy.
3. In your serving bowl add the yoghurt, then a layer the cooled raspberry compote, sprinkle over fresh blueberries, raspberries and finish with a grating of dark chocolate.
